Alfonso was exceptional. Arrived on time, promptly installed the new dishwasher and hauled the old one away. Extremely polite and helpful with questions. Left everything perfectly clean and let me know he guarantees the install, all parts and labor, for 90 days, and they're happy to come back for any issues. Alfonso was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable about our refrigerator issue. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, and quickly fixed it. When we asked him for details out of curiosity, Alfonso was able to explain for us. While we had him here, we mentioned having a separate issue with our microwave.  He surprised us by taking a quick look at that as well, despite not needing to. When my older Maytag (made in USA) machine started shaking the whole house during it's spin cycle, I hired Alma to look it over. So glad I didn't have to replace the machine. Best I can tell modern ones are disposable garbage. Alfonso replaced the gasket that holds up the tub and the parts plus service call fee were very reasonable. Had to have him back a couple days later when a hose came loose but he made it right quickly (and under warranty). Many thanks! I'll be using Alma to keep my old American made machines running for many years.

Alfonso followed up on a repair of my refrigerator that another repair company just charged me for, plugged it in and left.    He found the problem immediately.    The other repair company told me it had to be plugged in for 24 hours in order for him to diagnose.  Alfonso went into the back and opened it up, found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes.   He was very nice and professional and provided excellent service.  I have another repair and I’ve called him for the second repair.   I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I called because my 18 year old refrigerator and freezer did not seem to be holding appropriate temperatures. Alfonso came out and asked me to let him make a couple of adjustments to see if they worked.
